Clinical Evaluations

Cost: $2,850

The cost of a clinical evaluation includes a clinical interview lasting 60-90 minutes, a collateral interview with a loved one or other person involved in your life lasting up to 60 minutes as appropriate, a review of any records that you provide, 3 to 5 hours of neuropsychological testing, a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation report including in-depth recommendations, and a 60-minute feedback appointment.

Archway Neuropsychological Services does not accept insurance for neuropsychological evaluations, but we would be happy to provide you with a “super bill” that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is important to note that insurance companies often limit the reasons why they will pay for neuropsychological evaluation, so if you are planning to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company you may need to reach out to them first to request “prior authorization.” Please contact us directly for additional information.
